1Who operates this website

This website is published under the brand name Shinobi AI.

Shinobi AI is a brand of D.A Software and Strategy Ltd, a company registered in Israel under company number 517002200, with its registered office at Aloni Nissim 21, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. That company operates this website and is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

In this policy, “we” and “us” mean D.A Software and Strategy Ltd, trading as Shinobi AI.

2What information is collected

The website itself collects nothing from you. There is no sign-up, no account, no login, no newsletter, no comment system and no form of any kind. Nothing you do on these pages is sent to us.

Information can reach us in only three ways:

• an email you choose to send us, described in section 3;
• technical records kept automatically by Vercel, our hosting provider, described in section 4;
• accessibility preferences you set, which stay in your own browser and are never sent anywhere — described in section 5.

3Contact enquiries

Contact is by email only. The contact link opens your own email application with our address filled in; it is an ordinary mailto: link. There is no contact form, so the website collects no name, no email address, no phone number, no message text and no attachment.

If you email us, we receive whatever you put in that message and we use it to answer you and, where it leads to work together, to carry on that correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your message to anyone outside the company for marketing.

4Technical server logs

Like almost every website, the server that delivers these pages keeps automatic technical records of requests it receives. These typically include the requesting IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system information sent by your browser.

We do not use these records to build a profile of you or to track you between visits. They exist so the site can be kept available, and so genuine faults and abuse can be investigated.

These records are kept by Vercel, our hosting provider, for the limited period Vercel sets. We do not combine them with any other information, and we do not use them to identify individual visitors.

5Cookies and local browser storage

This website sets no cookies. There are no essential cookies, no preference cookies, no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. You will not see a cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.

Local storage

The website uses your browser's localStorage for one purpose only: to remember the accessibility settings you choose in the accessibility menu, so that they still apply the next time you visit.

A single entry named shinobi-a11y is stored, holding four preference values:

• text — the text size you selected;
• contrast — whether high contrast is on;
• motion — whether animation is reduced;
• underline — whether links are underlined.

These are preference values only. They are held in your own browser, on your own device. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, they are not used to identify or recognise you, and they contain nothing about who you are or what you read. You can remove them at any time with the Reset settings button in the accessibility menu, or by clearing site data in your browser.

6Analytics and marketing tools

There are none. This website runs no analytics and no marketing technology of any kind.

Specifically, and as at the date of this policy, the site contains no:

• web analytics (no Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo, Fathom or equivalent);
• tag manager or container script;
• advertising or conversion pixel (no Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok or Google Ads tags);
• session recording, heatmap or A/B testing tool;
• live chat, chatbot or support widget;
• social media embed, share script or tracking button.

If any of these are added later, this policy will be updated before they go live.

Links to other sites

Where this site links to somewhere else, that destination has its own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them. Following a link is the point at which your information may reach another operator.

What is not here

There are no embedded videos, maps, web fonts from other providers, payment widgets, booking tools or third-party APIs on this website. The typeface is served from this site's own domain. No third party receives any information about you as a result of visiting this site.

8Purpose of processing

Information is used only to:

• deliver the website to your browser;
• keep it available, secure and working correctly;
• reply to an enquiry you send by email, and continue that correspondence;
• apply the accessibility settings you chose, on your own device.

We do not profile visitors, we do not advertise to you, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.

9Service providers

The only outside parties involved in running this website are:

• Vercel (Vercel Inc.), which hosts this website, serves the pages and keeps the server logs described in section 4;
• our email provider, which carries and stores messages you send us.

There is no database of visitors, no customer relationship system connected to this website, and no marketing platform receiving anything from it.

10International transfers

We are established in Israel. Our website hosting is provided by Vercel and our email by a third party, so depending on where those services operate, information may be handled outside your own country.

11Data retention

• Server logs are kept for the limited period set by Vercel, our hosting provider.
• Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of any resulting work, and then deleted in the ordinary course.
• Accessibility preferences stay in your browser until you reset them or clear your browser's site data. We cannot see them and we cannot delete them for you.

12Information security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. It holds no visitor database and no login, so there is no store of credentials or visitor records to be exposed. Access to our email is limited to the people who need it.

No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

13Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to complain to a supervisory authority.

In practice, the only personal information we are likely to hold about a visitor to this site is an email you sent us. If you ask us to delete that correspondence, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

We are established in Israel, so Israeli privacy law applies to us, and you may complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority. If you are located elsewhere, the law where you live may give you further rights.
