By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2Scope

These terms cover this website and nothing else. In particular they are not:

• terms for Shinobi Clinix or any other product;
• terms for the Saltiz mobile application, which is not operated by us;
• a subscription, licence or software-as-a-service agreement;
• a contract for any work we may carry out for you.

Work for a client is always governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website replaces or varies such an agreement.

In these terms, “we” and “us” mean D.A Software and Strategy Ltd, trading as Shinobi AI.

3Use of the website

You may read, print and share these pages for your own or your organisation's use. You may not:

• use the site unlawfully or for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it;
• introduce malicious code; or
• present the site, or any part of it, as your own.

4Intellectual property

The design, layout, text, code and images of this website, and the Shinobi AI name and eye mark, are owned by us or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or adapted without written permission, except for the ordinary personal and organisational use described above.

Names, logos and product imagery belonging to other organisations appear on this site solely to identify work we have carried out. They remain the property of their respective owners. In particular, the Saltiz name, brand and application imagery belong to their owner, and their appearance here indicates engineering services provided by Shinobi AI, not ownership of the brand.

The content of this website is general information about what we do. It is not technical, legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as such. 11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of this website.

This follows from the operator being a company registered in Israel, named in the Privacy Policy.
